(“PegEx,” “we,” “us” or “our”) owns, operates and provides this web site (the “Site”), the software as a service made available by PegEx, accessible via the Internet, that provides functionality to facilitate communications related to the handling, storage, treatment, disposal, or other processing of waste (the “PegEx Platform”), and the computer programs and applications made available by PegEx or its agents that are specifically designed to access and use the PegEx Platform on a compatible device (the “PegEx Applications”). “Services” means, collectively, the PegEx Platform and the PegEx Applications.
This PRIVACY POLICY (THIS “PRIVACY POLICY”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and PegEx. If you are accepting this PRIVACY POLICY on behalf of a company, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to act for and to bind that company, in which case the term “you” refers to that company. By using the services or accessing the site, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure and other handling of information as described in THis PRIVACY POLICY.
What information do we collect?

How can you delete or correct collected information?
At your request, we will delete from our active databases your personally identifiable information collected by us. We may retain such information, however, to the extent required by law, to comply with our other agreements with you (if any), or if copies are kept in archival backups, provided that, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, will we retain your personally identifiable information for the fulfillment of the purposes for which it was collected.
At your request, we will also use reasonable efforts to correct your personally identifiable information contained in our active databases.

How do we protect your information?
We take the protection of your personally identifiable information seriously. Your California Privacy Rights
